Eligibility for Returns: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Process: Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
